Location and access: The apartment is private and has no shared space. It is accessed on the ground floor (which is up a few steps to the door) and the central stairway leads up to two other private apartments in the building.
The bedroom: is at the rear of the property and lead onto the private space of the veranda. There is ample wardrobe space, a TV for relaxing and a very comfortable double bed for the best nights' sleep.
The Bathroom: is warm, has a bath with a shower and is perfect for relaxing after a busy day or refreshing showers before a busy day exploring.
The Kitchen, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and includes the dishwasher to take the strain with the clearing up! Fully equipped for intimate breakfasts on the veranda, or gourmet dinners.
The Veranda, offers a seating area outside and is a veritable suntrap in the afternoons.

The Hollies is fantastic! We stayed at many quaint, clean, cozy and historic places in our three week tour of England and Ireland..but for overall majesty the Hollies can't be beat. A beautiful Victorian building with 12' or higher ceilings and ornate moldings and attention to every detail. This rental will make you feel like royalty, is very clean and has many added touches to make you feel at home. A guitar is included for all you musicians, and a monocular for taking advantage of the beautiful views of the ocean and hills out the front windows.
Thank you so much Lindsey (and your husband who we did not get to meet) for offering such a wonderful place for us and the general public to enjoy. You have done a great job with your renovations!

A clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with a great view over the harbour. Lindsey was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Lovely property in Ilfracombe. Lovely view from living room and quick, easy walk into town. Property was clean with everything we needed for a lovely stay.
