Location, Bar staffs, Pool.
There was no flexibility with the all-inclusive package. Although we had booked the all-inclusive option, the management team refused to provide my wife with a mocktail, which was very disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience.

Missed the entertainment factor in the evening. No music as it was Vesak Poya.
