The best thing to say about the apartment is that is is located about a 5 minute walk from the Sunnegga bahn and right next to the bus stop for the route to the Schwarzsee/Matterhorn Glacier route. For Zermatt and the price, it's definitely worth it, but obviously it isn't a five star place. The curtains don't block out much, but as we visited in January it wasn't a huge deal - other times of the year you would definitely have trouble with sunlight (though we did have an offset view of the Matterhorn) The "studio" is a bit dated, with fold-out beds (which were surprisingly comfortable), but the bathroom seems to be recently updated (check out the toilet seat) and there is plenty of hot water. Kitchen is adequately equipped with coffee machine, raclette/fondue, etc. but does lack a dishwasher (other than the manual type). Temperature control in the room was challenging, as it was seemingly always warm, but you can open the windows so it beats being cold. The corporate owners were very responsive to our questions, and the ski room had boot warmers/dryers and plenty of storage for everything else. Wifi was great.

The trash situation is a bit convoluted, as you have to haul everything about 400 meters to the nearest bin, you have to separate paper and glass, and they give you one bag for everything else (you have to buy more bags if you fill the one up). We ate out most of the time so didn't fill up the bag, but it was still a bit of a put off to have to deal with this.

Large studio. Fully equipped kitchen. Wide balcony and with view onto garden and Matterhorn. Central location. Quiet and clean.

Great location, spacey and comfortable.

Cleaneless not as we expected when we arrived but was fixed on the 2nd day. Also facilities in the kitchen were not that great, and some appliances outdated (e.g bose with old iphone adaptor without bluetooth, not usable for years, only 1 wine glass, no oven bowl,…)
