About this apartment rental
Large, beautiful apartment house "Granit", 5 storeys. In the district of Untere Matten 240 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a central, quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 150 m, bakery 240 m, café 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 170 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 240 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 240 m, ski bus stop 170 m, ski school 450 m, ice rink 240 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

schöne, grosse 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung, etwas alt, die Fenster schliessen nicht richtig, in der Küche tropft der Wasserhahn und beim WC läuft das Wasser ebenfalls, das kann behoben werden. Die Küche ist extrem klein, obwohl es in der Wohnung sonst genug Platz hätte. Man muss wirklich alles mitnehmen. Doch wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, gute Matratze, gute Heizung, Lift, nahe vom Zentrum. Tolle Aussicht, wir waren im 5. Stock

Die Wohnung liegt super Nahe am Zentrum. Bahnhöfe-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir konnten gut damit leben, dass die Wohnung nicht im neusten Zustand war und heruntergekommen wirkte. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist dass Einrichtungsgegenstände verschmutzt hinterlassen wurden, sogar Vogelscheisse auf dem Balkon wurde nicht weggeputzt. "Nachbarn" benutzten ihr Chemine und unsere ganze Wohnung roch nach Rauch, dies dauerte Tage, bis wir diesen Geruch wieder draussen hatten.
