You wake up to a completely open room with the ocean basically at the window.
I liked everything. Great place to stay. If I was going to suggest a feature inside the property to take it up a notch which by no means is a must, I would recommend the bed power outlets have USB allowing easy phone charging. One less charging block to bring on the work trips. Or a backup if you forget.

We have used this property before and found it very comfortable and convenient to all that is available in Penguin, also very convenient if you are travelling to or from Victoria by the spirit of Tasmania as it's only a short trip to the docks.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this accommodation, it's clean, tidy, has everything you need even the kitchen has all the cooking facilities you'll need if you decide to dine in and cook for yourself.

Location. Very good communication with host.
Needs a makeover. Lounge very old and uncomfortable. Basic table and chairs. Outdated decor.Probably good for a family on a budget
