Breakfast not included BUT, fresh eggs in the fridge most appreciated. LOCATION! Wonderful location, close to the town of Penguin but very private with amazing views over Bass Strait!

All our lodging on this trip was excellent, but the Penguin Seaside was the standout. The location is excellent, on the cliff overlooking the ocean. The farm is quiet. The host is outstanding. The apartment itself is clean and well appointed. Our beds were comfy. There is easy access to the town below. Penguin itself is situated nicely for access to the surrounding tourist areas from Cradle Mountain to the seaside. I would stay here again.
