Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de accommodatie, separate bedden en mooie (vernieuwde) badkamer en slaapkamer

De wifi (is al jarenlang slecht en er is nog steeds niets aan gedaan) en het feit dat het zwembad maar tot 18u open was.

Je voyage beaucoup et je peux dire sans hésiter que c'est l'un des meilleurs hébergements que j'aie eu la chance de réserver. Un véritable jardin d'Éden ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression d'être au paradis : un magnifique jardin rempli de fleurs, de superbes hibiscus, des papillons qui volent partout, une vue absolument imprenable sur la mer et une piscine exceptionnelle où il fait bon se détendre. L'emplacement est parfait : à deux pas de la mer, proche d'une supérette et idéal pour découvrir les environs. Tout est pratique tout en offrant un calme absolu. Un immense merci également à la manager, qui a été d'une gentillesse remarquable. Toujours disponible, réactive, souriante et prête à aider ou à trouver des solutions, elle a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. C'est le genre d'endroit que l'on n'a tout simplement pas envie de quitter. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation. Si vous cherchez un hébergement d'exception dans cette région de la Crète, ne cherchez plus : c'est ici qu'il faut séjourner !

Shower cubicle could have been more spacious. However, all the other wonderful comforts outweighed this.

Swimming pool is really great, with spectacular view. There is also small swimming pool for children. Some white paint was fresh and stained our legs, but it was not big issue. Sun beds are different form pictures - like most other things. We also liked huge garden a lot of butterflies, green grass, big private area, but not many attractions for children - you can run, walk but there is no blanket or mat to sit or exercise yoga or similar activities. There was also noise from cycads from sunrise till sunset - it was really noisy, so you may like it or hate it. Also beach (1km downhill) is quite nice. Sandy, not very crowded. It is real benefit of this area, but walking there (and especially back) may be quite difficult during heat. There was no noise from the street down the hill - probably because of cycads all the day.

Please read description carefully. Rooms. Rooms are really outdated, and require renovation. I understand that it can be basic, but ... if it is basic and 20 years old, it smells bad, air condition also smalls bad, rooms don't have enough lights, it is bad experience. Also there are no bugs nets - which we had in all other properties. So it is not possible to leave doors or window open, because cats or insects can get inside. Old stove without manual, a few pots, coffee machine without filters and coffee :( Please read description carefully and make sure that pictures which you can see in booking, were professional prepared, lightened and things like flowers, nice wooden sun beds, colourful soap etc were put there only for these pictures. Anyway - the main issue was bad smell from furniture, beds and aircondition. We asked to change our booking form 4 to 2 days and moved to another property, from XXI century.
