Great staff, but the place has seen better days. The room was near the entrance and the window ac unit in an area that people smoke weed, I got high because smoke kept blowing into the room. The windows have a white film over it, but you can still see outside the room. The shower window is right where the stairs are and if you are showering or using the toilet, you can see in and out of the room. The tables near the door was noisy in the evening as people sat and talked until everyone slept. In a pinch, I would stay here again, but not worth the money spent. The staff were great, maybe the hostel should sunset or convert it into something else.

I visited Puerto Rico after a 34-hour journey. I requested an early check-in, but they charged me for an extra day without informing me. When I inquired about this, they said it was a miscommunication and issued a refund.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with a staff member who was quite rude. She informed me that check-in was at 3 PM and insisted I wait. Despite my polite requests, she refused to accommodate me. Later, the owner sent a message saying I could check in early. However, when I approached the same staff member again, she insisted that it was still not 3 PM and that I had to wait.
After showing her the message from the owner, she finally gave me the room key, but her attitude was unkind. Despite the rooms being ready, they were unwilling to let me check in early. Based on the staff's attitude, I do not recommend this place.
