The surrounding next to the center of Tortuguero Good value for price Staff is helpfull

It’s a family run lodge, they did their upmost to make our stay in Tortuguero special. We booked kayaking with a guide and turtle tour and both were amazing experiences. The veranda with hammocks and view over the water was a great place to chill. We also stayed for dinner at the place and the food was simply delicious.
The rooms are really basic and some look like have been already renovated.

Too remote, requires to take a boat to go to Tortuguero for any activity.
