Das Haus in dessen Dachgeschoss mit hohen Räumen sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, liegt absolut ruhig in einem Ortsteil am Rand der Neubebauung und macht auch selbst den Eindruck, wie wenn gerade erst fertiggestellt. Alles neu und blitzblank sauber. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem eigenen Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung. Stauraum ohne Ende, toll ausgestattete Küche, Süd- und S-W.Balkon mit Tischen, Bestuhlung und Sonnenschutz - Ausblick auf Niederau, Markbachjoch auf der einen Seite, und das Wildschönauer Tal bis hinter nach Auffach auf der anderen Seite., Kachelofen zusätzlich zu gut funktionierender Heizung, ein schönes Duschbad gut regulierbar; und !! die überaus freundliche Gastgeberin Angela, die alles erklärt von der Mülltrennung bis Kachelofen und das benötigte Holz bereitstellt. Eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir je angemietet hatten!!
