Un po’ vecchiotta nella rubinetteria, ma nel complesso buona!

It was a peaceful, quiet natural setting…simple but clean and tasteful…The proprietors were interesting professionals and provided very attentive service to it clients…the food in the restaurant was contemporary and delicious…

The dirt road getting to the location didn’t fit with the “simple contemporary atmosphere” of the B&B…

Once you are behind the agricultural area / plastic greenhouses and drove shortly on a gravel / dirt road, you will find an idyllic little oasis with a breathtaking view over the beautiful blue sea! A lovely little place to relax 🏖️🩵. Parking is directly at the accommodation, good breakfast, possibly to have a nice dinner at the restaurant which is at the ground floor. Other restaurants are at a 7-minute drive in Punta Secca, which offers a better selection then Punta Braccetto. At the B&B sun beds are available for free. If you want to do an outing, then the Donnafugata Castle is worthwhile to visit.

La posizione della struttura è il punto forte: è fronte mare su un'insenatura quasi privata; la discesa a mare è di circa 15 metri anche se poi, per entrare in acqua, necessitano le scarpette da mare; la strada di accesso alla struttura, invece, è un pò troppo spartana: è stretta, in terra battuta, molto polverosa e attraversa serre e terreni altrui; i cartelli indicatori hanno il nome troppo piccolo.

La struttura necessita di interventi agli infissi, ai pergolati, all'impianto elettrico; necessita qualche climatizzatore e dei televisori un pò più grandi; si dovrebbe riprendere il verde per evitare la sensazione di abbandono; senza manutenzione, essendo prospiciente il mare, tutto diventa subito arrugginito, vetusto, con scrostamenti alle pareti ormai troppo visibili; mi permetto di consigliare interventi programmati e scaglionati perché il lavoro da fare è tanto e ci vorrà un bell'impegno economico.
