Close to Fig Tree Bay and Turtle bay, You can walk to both. The bluest sea I have ever seen, great snorkelling! The villa is spacious and had everything we needed. They provided airport transfers and were very helpful. Views from the villa are great, air con great, key code access was perfect for us. Wi fi good. The whole family rated it 10/10

The view from the main bedroom is delightful and the location is perfect!! A very short walk along the costal path to fig tree bay and Protaras town. Just a 14min drive to Ayia Napa. The villa is spacious and modern. The pool is a great size although not heated so it was too cold to use in April. Rental company were great, had a small issue of basement light not working and was fixed within an hour or so.
Main Bathroom shower cubicle seems a little dated and rusty in places and could do with some attention.
