Conforto, limpeza e localização.

Emanuele bellissima persona, sempre pronto a rispondere e consigliare al meglio. La camera è situata nella lunga via commerciale piena di negozi e servizi. Appena esci dal portone trovi subito la metro.

Niente da dire È stata un ottimo punto di riferimento per la nostra vacanza.

Metro station is right infront of the apartment - 9 stations and around 12 minutes to Termini station. Bed is very comfortable. Great coffee shop in front od the apartment - Mr. Lillo.

We lacked basic human contact and we had to pay 15€ for late check in even thought it’s a self check in and in “answers” part of their Booking page is stated it is free. Coffee machine would be good. Very noisy when windows are opened.

The area where the hotel was is good. the metro station is literally across the street which is ideal for getting into the centre as its about 10km away but the metro is so easy. There is a wonderful little cafe straight across the road that does snacks, pastries, coffee and wine. Mr Lillos. Would highly recommend.

The photgraphs on booking.com are very deceiving. They make the room look larger than what it is and bright. We booked a room for 3 people which consisted of a double bed and a single bed. We had a small fridge and there is a TV and a wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate and quite modern however the room itself had no colour at all and was nothing like the pictures advertised. We had to ask for Kettle as there wasnt one in the room, along with the kettle we got a knife and corkscrew andd paper cups, no spoon ! and there are no other facilities to get any refreshments other than in the reception area which is locked most of the time. Sadly we didnt have a balcony. The building where the rooms are located is very outdated and tired. Its located on a busy main road which is quite noisy in a morning. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and the owner was very quick to respond to any of our issues so that was a postive. As we didnt spend much time in the room it was adequate for what we needed however, just some attention to detail and perhaps some decorating in the room could be considered.
