Room was small, basic but adequate. The gardens were excellent. Great facilities for a conference (although I wasn’t attending one). The location was ok, a little off the main road and away from other attractions (needed to drive to cafe, breakfast and restaurants) but great if you wanted to be away from all of these. Quiet and very peaceful.
No breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities were basic. Not staffed after hours, although there was an after hours number. I wouldn’t like to be there on a high fire danger day in the middle of summer, although that applies to just about anywhere in the Dandenongs.

A very clean, comfortable room with great bed, bathroom, bar fridge, tea and coffee making in room and cupboard space. Extra pillows and blankets in room, so everything we needed. Beautiful grounds and good bar / pool room areas. Excellent and very well-priced place to stay for a night or two while seeing the sights
Doesn't serve breakfast, but there are plenty of breakfast options in close by towns.

Ease of checking in and out. Location from other local towns.
Body wash was empty when we arrived, had to go to reception to ask for a new bottle. Found half a toilet roll on arrival with spots of blood on it.

"Love it’s location, off the beaten track but close enough to things we want to see & do like tulip farm, cute cafes, walks & lookouts"
