    There is NO WAY this hotel deserves the rating it currently has. Based on our experience, I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel has received so many high ratings. From the moment we arrived at Doha Central Bliss Hotel Da Nang, the experience was unpleasant. At check-in, the staff scrutinized our passports and questioned us about immigration stamps and other entry details as though we were criminals. We had already gone through Da Nang International Airport and entered Vietnam legally, yet the hotel staff behaved as though they were conducting an immigration inspection. We have stayed in hotels both before and after this stay, and not a single other hotel had an issue with our passports or entry stamps. The staff were acting more like immigration officers than hotel receptionists. It was unnecessary, uncomfortable and completely ruined our first impression of the hotel. Then came the cleanliness issues. There was clearly visible hair on the bed/bedding, which immediately made us question whether the bed had actually been properly cleaned and prepared for new guests. Finding hair on a hotel bed is simply unacceptable. The bathroom had another issue. After taking a shower, water ended up all over the entrance area of the room. The water was not properly contained, leaving the floor wet and creating an unpleasant and potentially slippery situation. For a hotel with such a supposedly high rating, these are basic standards that should not be an issue. And honestly, there is absolutely no way this hotel should have a rating this high based on what we experienced. To future guests: please do not rely solely on the overall rating. Read the negative reviews carefully before booking. And to other guests who have stayed here, please be honest in your reviews. Giving extremely high ratings when there are basic issues like poor cleanliness, water flooding the room entrance and an unnecessarily hostile check-in experience can give future travelers a completely misleading impression and encourage them to book a hotel that may not meet their expectations. For us, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would absolutely not stay here again.
