2 bed & 2 WCs + living area so plenty of space
I was told during check-in that I could leave my bags after checkout. When I called to confirm later I was told this was a mistake and not possible.

Rooftop view is impressive! We are so close to Sagrada Familia. Supermarket is also very close. Air-conditioning works perfectly.
Elevator is a bit small for baby stroller. We have yoyo, so it works. However if you have a bulky stroller, it might not fit in the elevator.

Just clean.
They asked for so many documents that we thought they would build the house in our name. They wanted extra money even though we were renting with a child. The house was very noisy.
