Staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful. Room was immaculate.

Comfy beds good shower great hotel but a bit pricey for just 3 nights… it’s a fair walk to shops and pubs etc but I didn’t have an issue, overall loved my stay👍🏻

On arrival the staff member was very helpful.
My husband and I had a comfortable clean room, with a very small compact bathroom, but good for what we needed. Bed very comfortable.
My father’s room was upgraded before arrival and it met his needs. He had a bigger room and bathroom. Nice touch of having bathrobes and lovely white towels. Tea and coffee facilities were great and plenty of choice, which was replenished the following day.
The hotel was near the sea front and castle, great for walking to the town and along the promenade. Parking spaces outside which was very convenient.
The first night was very noisy due to the loud music and singing coming from the pub underneath.
Ear plugs bought to use for the second night, but the music ended earlier than the previous night.
