Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island, Fiji

The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Ocean view is subjective but the rooms were still quite nice. Activities are set up by resort to make the most of your stay there. Jet skies and paddle boards for rent. All inclusive is the way to go. Clears up any worry about what your bill will be. Seafood dishes were very good. Breakfast buffet offered many options.

I felt the service was poor. There were times I ordered a drink and it came 20 minutes later- after my food was delivered. Because you are not assigned a waiter no one seems to know of your food is coming or your drink order. The rooms are not as peaceful as you would like. I had a family on one side and you could hear the kids playing and talking. On the other side every time they opened their door it would bang against my wall. Not a whole lot of snorkeling- reef is limited around island.

The water pressure is a bit low, but I understand it’s an island and there’s not much that can be done about it. Everything else is fabulous!

Nothing it was perfect

friendly staff, room was good; we paid for beachfront, but the access involved a scramble down a steep slope to the water. the outside spa pool was great. the snorkelling day trip was really worthwhile, beautiful islands and clear blue water.

We had the last bure in the row- there was noise from a nearby pump. scramble to the beach was difficult for my wife. The food was a bit generic hotel food, not much that was Pacific island fare. I developed gastroenteritis 2 days in which lasted 2.5 days of our 5 day stay. Staff suggested it was a change in the weather that made me sick! Food handling questionable - food was left out on surfaces for the buffet, one meal was served with totally raw chicken, pizza and burgers covered in US- style cheese. The pool bar has constant sports playing on a big screen- not an exotic island experience.
