We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location was perfect, and we loved how easy it was to walk around and visit the other resorts nearby.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and had a great setup for us. The beds were also really comfortable.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.
There were a few areas we felt could be improved. The atmosphere around the pool felt a little disjointed compared with some of the other resorts we visited. The music was constantly stopping and starting rather than having a consistent playlist, which became quite frustrating and didn’t really create that relaxed Fiji holiday vibe.
We also felt the overall atmosphere could have been a little more authentic and organized. Even the live music in the lobby didn’t really feel particularly Fijian, and compared with some of the neighboring resorts, the Radisson seemed to lack a little of the fun and atmosphere we were expecting.
Breakfast was fantastic and had an amazing selection, but unfortunately we didn’t find the food at the other restaurants particularly appealing. We felt there was definitely room for improvement in the dining options outside of breakfast.
Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent. On our first day, we asked reception to have the bedding removed from the fold-out bed in our lounge as we didn’t need it. We were told someone would come and remove it, but unfortunately no one did. Face cloths and towels were also taken away without always being replenished, and our body wash wasn’t replaced. Our daughter’s bathroom also wasn’t consistently restocked with towels, which was frustrating.
None of these things individually were major issues, but together they did affect the overall experience. With a little more attention to detail, consistency and atmosphere, we think the resort could be significantly improved.

The pools were awesome, staff were super friendly, the buffet was SO GOOD (both breakfast and dinner). Really enjoyed our time there, exactly what we needed.
