    Super friendly staff and great location. Facilities are all kept well but hotel is starting to feel a bit dates. Would happily return for another stay in future

    Hotel is nice, most staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic rooms. However, if u are unlucky to get a suite in the higher numbers like i was, you will end up walking up and down from the pool, reception and most of the facilities, i mean like a good 1-2 kms. Buggy services are pretty average. No buggy bus service after 10pm, basically hotel is dead after 10pm and feels like a prison. If you are expecting guests just be aware of a no guest policy after 10pm, learnt it the hard way. Since no information about the policy is mentioned anywhere. On my last day some friends and family came to say goodbye after 10pm, entry was denied. Even after speaking to the manager it was staunchly enforced. They left without seeing the kids 💔. Since buggy services are not efficient, only ended up meeting them briefly at the lobby at 1.30am. Totally unnecessary policy, reason for it was explained but I reckon it could be better managed.
