Five stars absolutely isn’t enough for our stay at Abhainn Ri Farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The farmhouse itself is beautiful, peaceful, and cozy, with stunning scenery all around. The breakfast was incredible, truly one of the best we’ve had while traveling. Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. One of my favorite parts was getting to pet the donkeys, which completely made my day. The location was also perfect, walking distance to the lake featured in P.S. I Love You, and close to several other filming locations, which made the experience feel even more magical. If you’re looking for a warm, authentic Irish countryside stay with kind hosts, amazing food, and beautiful surroundings, this is it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The photos are from the farmhouse down to the water. There is a farm walk you can take but be sure to wear the wellies provided in the shed.
