Super location near the lake but super quiet, a great nearby restaurant for supper / breakfast. I think if we had had the top floor apartment it would have been perfect.
We had the ground floor apartment so you could hear the family above walking around on the wooden floors all the time. The thudding kept two of us awake late into the night.
