Très bien

La bâtisse est très belle et l'hôte accueillant. De même, le petit déjeuner était fourni et très bon et nous avons apprécié d’avoir une salle de bain privative à côté de notre chambre. Le rapport qualité-prix est également très bon !

Nous avons logé au Chai après une journée pluvieuse et la chambre était humide. Une fois sous la couette et couverture, nous étions bien mais avons eu froid en dehors du lit. Bien que cela ne nous ait pas dérangé car nous ne sommes restées qu'une nuit, il serait souhaitable de prévoir un petit meuble de rangement pour les habits dans la chambre.

Nous avons aimé la bâtisse refaite avec goût, la cheminée ouverte dans cette magnifique salle de réception, la générosité des hôtes, le repas servi était formidable, la literie confortable.

We were travelling through France and booked this hotel at around 3pm on line. We checked to make sure that we had two confirmations by email and then continued our journey, arriving at the hotel around 5.30pm. The hotel was locked up and there was no answer on the telephone. We rechecked the emails and noticed a new email from the host saying that they don’t take last minute bookings! Please, if that is the case, don’t let the system take the booking! VERY inconvenient and we now had to find another hotel at mega short notice. So it was back to the large chain hotels like Ibis, which are okay but we were looking forward to a different experience at this hotel. Very disappointing and not what we needed after a nine hour drive…
