The room was a bit small for three people, and the location is slightly far from the city center, as you need to take a ferry to reach the hotel. However, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. He greeted us warmly with complimentary cookies, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.
please offer the cookies in the lobby for everyone as it was so delicious :)
the room size only, and it would be nicer if the hotel is in the main city center instead of riding a ferry as it is a bit far from everything and options for food or market was very limited.

- Clean.
- Location is near the ferry.
- Breakfast is good.
- Large windows, nice view.
- There was a festival close to the hotel which was very noisy. Sleeping before 11pm was not an option. The hotel informed me about this through a message a few days prior my arrival, but they didn't give the option for rebooking or cancellation (or even a complimentary drink, to make sleeping a bit easier ;) ). Had I known this, I would not have stayed here, because the noise was really bothering me.
