Hotel w centrum miasta,blisko Parku Zdrojowego oraz pozostałych atrakcji Kudowy Zdrój. Znakomite śniadania kontynentalne .Bardzo miła obsługa(Panie kelnerki i Panie sprzątające)oraz cudowna wlaścicielka,wkładająca całe swoje serce aby goście czuli się dobrze..Polecam

Super.Polecam serdecznie.Bylismy w Zuzannie drugi raz i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce,miła obsluga,blisko do parku zdrojowego

Generally not bad. We had an apartment with two rooms and bathroom. Clean enough. Except for one lady, staff very polite and welcoming. Good buffet breakfast. Free parking.

It is not a villa as expected. It is mid-size hotel for more than one hundred people, currently limited to 74 guests. Heating system did not work and radiators were very noisy. When I informed the receptionist (or the lady, because the trained receptionist wouldn't behave this way) she exploded: why didn't you come (meaning: say) earlier? Instead to help and solve this problem, she blamed me for the situation. The conversation probably would have become heated but fortunately the handy man came and fixed all three pieces. Next day he did this again and from that moment it worked correctly. Another time we waited a long while for the lady (receptionist?) to finish using her cell phone privately (youtube). The decor was very minimal, the furniture pretty old. The sofa had a broken sit, not useable. Very small set of kitchen utensils, no cups. Tiles in the kitchen broken.
