Ein wirklich sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber wo wirklich alles gehalten wird wie es beschreiben wurde. Super Parkplatz genau neben der Wohnung und auch die war super vor allem in der Sommerhitze nachts sehr gut temperariert. Meine Frau und Ich können den Gastgeber/Wohnung vollen herzens weiterempfhelen.
Nichts wir fühlten usn wirklich wohl.

Großes Bad mit Dusche, Auto konnte für 5€/ Tag auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Nur 200m bis zur Straßenbahn Zweckmäßige, saubere Einrichtung
Aufwaschen von Hand, aber keine Ablage für nasses Geschirr. Wenig Stauraum für Garderobe.

Die Lage ist perfekt um Rostocks Altstadt zu erkunden. Freundliche Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm.

Freundlicher Gastgeber und gute Lage mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt. Supermarkt 10 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz am Haus (5,- € pro Tag).
Schlafbereich ist nicht mit einer Tür vom Wohnbereich getrennt.
