The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed here last year as well, and it was great to see that the rooms have since been upgraded. The rooms and bathrooms now look much better, cleaner, and more comfortable.
The main concern was the opening underneath the door, which allowed insects and centipedes to enter the room. This was uncomfortable and needs attention.
There was also no fan or iron available in the room, which made the stay less convenient. Addressing these relatively simple issues would significantly improve the guest experience

Hill Safari is such a beautiful property, directly in the tea plantation. The best place to relax after hiking in the surroundings. The Manager is always there to help and ensure we have a pleasant stay! Food was really good as well. I very highly recommend this place.
It is not something I didn’t like but something that should be known to prepare accordingly: there is no village close by so you need to go to ATM and get some snacks before getting there.

Easily the best place I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Stephen and his crew were so welcoming, helpful and very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, best night’s sleep I had this trip. The view was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Location attractive
Lack of privacy - room described as ‘superior’ was very poorly fitted out with drain odour from shower .
Long poorly maintained access track potentially hazardous and dangerous but no info about thst till after booking
