Nice and cosy little chalet

Very nice little chalet, perfect for a family, for a week. The host is very nice and helpful.

The chalet is in Paleyres - a very small village 15 min from Villars centre. While the village itself is very charming, getting there is quite tricky - the road is very narrow with no security barriers to stop a fall into a very steep area and there are some turns that are hard to make. Bigger cars may not even be able to pass.

It’s a beautifully appointed little chalet. It’s v well designed and finished.

Driving to it from the main road is not for the faint of heart. I think it would be challenging in heavy snow.

Beautiful place to stay.

Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Lovely balcony to dine on. Friendly owners. Rosa made us some lunch on our arrival. Homemade pizza, lemon cake, salad from her garden, even homemade juice. Comfortable bedding and a quiet nights sleep.

The location was further from the event we needed to be at. It was ok for myself and daughter to walk up the hill to catch a bus. I suggest you have your own transport if you stay here. There is parking available.

A wonderful place to stay that has incredible views of surrounding mountains.

La Petite Grange is a quaint small home that accommodates a family of 4 easily. We found the small cottage to be a 1.5 hour hike to Villar which has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The owners live next door and we’re always available for suggestions regarding local area. They have a free pass to ride the train and bus to and from Villar if you do not want to hike. They were very helpful in every aspect of our stay in Switzerland.

I found no faults with the property.

The property looks exactly like on the pictures and the view from balcony is amazing. The location is also great - hiking paths start just around the corner and amazing vineyards are just a short ride away. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et hors du temps dans ce cocon.

Logement cosy, poêle à bois, baie vitrée avec jolie vue sur le hameau, propriétaire aux petits soins, vente de produits maison.

Seul bémol, les matelas du lit double ne nous ont pas convenu. Pas suffisamment soutenants.

Het vriendelijke ontvangst van Rosa. Ze kwam zelfs sorbet ijs brengen en meerdere keren vragen hoe het was. Bij vragen over het vervoer of tips kregen we snel reactie! Kortom een top verblijf en ontvangst!

Super heimelige Wohnung in einem ehemaligen Pferdestall

Rosa ist super gastfreundlch und hat eine nette Willkommensnachricht verfasst. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es was nettes aus ihrem eigenen Garten von direkt nebenan. Gerne wieder!

Alles top. Ohne Auto ist die Anreise wohl etwas umständlicher. Unsere Bewertung ist aber top!
