The staff very friendly. And the cleaner oh my word!!! Very nice lady. She took care of us
My only problem is the shower. They need to change the shower heads. Actually fix the overall shower

The stove is a gas stove, but matches were provided.
Pool was clean and very refreshing to use.
Quiet to a point.
Our neighbours were noisy above and beside us,not a lot of staff to help everyone that was booked in.Had go look for the staff to ask for a broom and mop.
Clean to a point I found a cockroach by my bed.Cracked bottom of the fish, cracked mug,not a lot of cutlery provided for 4 people each,so we were short a fork or spoon. It was dusty so windows had to be open for air and a broom to sweep dust.No warning about a troup of monkeys showing up and taking good.
