The location is central, and the breakfast was very good. The variety was good, and I had a sore throat during my visit. The chef was very accommodating and prepared a tomato soup on request every morning.
The best aspect of the hotel was its customer service. We faced a few small glitches on the first night, and we raised it to the housekeeping team (Mr. Keshav Singh - Executive Housekeeper spoke to us directly). Not only did they apologize in person, but they also ensured the rest of our stay was exceptional. We were greeted with handwritten notes from the housekeeping team confirming their intention to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Highly recommend the hotel and would gladly come back here to stay again.
Everything was good, just a design flaw in the room; the toilet area is designed in a stall format where the door doesn't extend to the ceiling, which makes it a little uncomfortable while staying in a family.
