Lovely stay.

Beautiful views and fabulous outdoor area/ garden and pool. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and well presented. Cristina was very helpful. Comfortable bed.

We didn’t realise when we booked, that this was an upstairs apartment with no indoor / outdoor connection, so we felt quite removed from the beautiful setting.

Podere Gattabigia is just an amazing accomondation. It's a very private place in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany, yet close to Florence. Cristina is a fantastic host. She was most helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about local restaurants, shopping and travel to Florence. The apartments and the garden with the pool are just like in the pictures or even better :). The bed was comfortable, and in every bit of decoration, one can feel the personal touch of Cristina. Breakfast is a must! There were many delicious courses, different every day, and the service deserves a five-star. We had a truly wonderful time there, surely will return if we come to Tuscany again.

The Perfect Place to Relax and Recharge in Tuscany

I truly loved this place — and I’m not just saying that! If I could give it a rating of 100, I would. It's hard to put into words how incredible the experience was. The scenery feels straight out of a Hollywood movie — and yes, the photos are completely accurate. Cristina, the host, was fantastic, regularly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and offering great tips for my day trip to Florence. If you're looking for a peaceful spot to relax and connect with the beautiful nature of Tuscany, this is the perfect place.

I have stayed here before and found it perfect for a relaxing few days and as a base for the Florence and Tuscany region

Christina the owner is wonderful and has thought of everything to make you welcome. The property is beautiful with views across the country side. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well appointed and thought out with everything you need for a relaxing break. The pool is amazing, you have a personal gazebo off your room and there is a BBQ area for you to use.

Everything was just excellent! Can not imagine better place to stay in Tuscany. Owner Cirstina was so nice and helpful, and her breakfast was great, dont miss them! Room was comfy and clean. They have free self-service loundry room, what was really nice for traveling for longer time. Pool clean, with good view and no closing time. Really will come back!

Woow!

Really beautiful, clean and nice accommodation. There are (I think) 2 apartments and a room, so it is not busy. We stayed in the Lola apartment (with the vide) which was perfect. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms a bathroom, an airco and a nice kitchen area (well equipped). breakfast is available on request.The pool and garden are very nice. It is a great spot for visiting Florence (especially with train from Signa). The COOP is nearby evenals the little town of Lastra a Signa. The owners are very nice and helpful and have a very funny dog. They have a nice guestbook with a kinds of tips to do around the neighborhood. If this place is availed, book it!

In August there were a lot mosquitos so prepare yourself with mosquito spray. This is not a negative for the accommodation because we found that all around Toscany.

Mooie rustige locatie, top uitzicht

De locatie was top en Cristina was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden de groene kamer, deze was ruim genoeg voor 2 en het bed was heerlijk. Het uitzicht is perfect, zowel vanuit de kamer maar zeker ook vanuit het zwembad.

Prachtige locatie, branschoon appartement met kwalitatief goede materialen ingericht. De gastvrouw is ook ontzettend vriendelijk en je komt er heerlijk tot rust.

Een prachtige en rustgevende accomodatie vlakbij Florence

We hadden een kamer/ studio met terras midden in de tuin en bij het zwembad. Te midden van de olijfbomen hadden we onze eigen ligbedden en zitje. De kamer is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt goed, door de luiken is het compleet donker en de matrassen zijn comfortabel. Cynthia de eigenaresse is erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Haar zelfgemaakte ontbijtjes die ze aan tafel serveert zijn echt fantastisch. Liefde voor koken en het verwennen van haar gasten proef je hier in terug. Heerlijk zoutwater zwembad maken het verblijf compleet. Echt een aanrader voor een verblijf in de Chianti streek van Toscane

De locatie is perfect om van rust te genieten en de drukte op te zoeken. De eigenaresse Christina is van beroep binnenhuisarchitecte en dat zie je aan de inrichting, prachtige vrouw met een heerlijke persoonlijkheid, gevoel voor humor en enorm service gericht. De ontbijtgelegenheid is als een warme huiskamer met uitzicht op zwembad en landschap Parkeren is goed geregeld en zonder problemen achter een gate. De apartementen zijn ruim en luxieus en de hotelkamers op de begane grond met 2 bedden buiten helemaal een luxe

Un séjour idéal au-delà de toutes nos attentes

Dans le décor paradisiaque de la campagne toscane, un domaine où un appartement de 2 pièces avec cuisine et SDB séparées nous a été attribué. On s'y sent immédiatement aussi bien qu'à la maison car tout est disponible à l'intérieur (avec une machine à laver commune à l'extérieur). On trouve aussi une très belle piscine chauffée (20°) dans un vaste jardin verdoyant. La prestation est donc d'excellente qualité. L'accueil est du même niveau car le couple qui nous a reçu est aimable, toujours très souriant sans hypocrisie et extrêmement serviable : l'image même de la gentillesse et de l'hospitalité toscanes. Un établissement et une équipe au top : nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons tout particulièrement. NB : pour rappel (car l'information est communiquée par l'établissement), le petit déjeuner peut être servi à la demande avec un supplément de 20 €.
