The place is very clean and tidy. There was ample parking. We were happy with the location, as it was close to the places we wanted to visit and had easy access to a main road, close to both a large city and the lake. There is a fairly large local store in the village, about five minutes walk away, so keeping stocked up wasn't a problem. The village is nice, quiet and clean. The local church is well worth a visit, this requires getting a key from the nursing home in the same yard. There are a lot of thermal baths, tourist facilities, museums and scenic areas worth visiting. The castle in Keszthely is a must. The view of the stars from within the village was fantastic, we travelled to a rural spot for an even better view.

There is nothing to do in the village in the evenings. The one pub closes early, so we didn't get to visit it. Also, there is no restaurant, we had to travel to other villages, which means that one of us can't enjoy a beer or wine with our meal. The choice of restaurants within an hours drive is good but it requires a drive. The constantly barking dogs took some getting used to but after a couple of nights we didn't notice so much.

Erg verouderd. Douchekop zat los waardoor water alle kanten op ging. Te weinig keukengerei (1 pan). Geen aparte slaapkamers (3 persoons appartement) Alles was in 1 ruimte: slapen/koken/eten
