About this house rental
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2023, is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the forests from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.
Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). There is a wood-burning stove with sight glass.
In the kitchen there is a small cooker.
Both ovens are heated with wood. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over 1 step directly in the porch with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Wind trap Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and dryer.
1st floor: Common room with lounge. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. TV via Atra satellite system

Zalaistvánd. The holiday home is located on a 1,500 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the nearest larger town, Zalaegerszeg, 15 km away, there are several supermarkets. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is also the possibility to park a caravan.
