The apartment was centrally located in Guarda with everything within easy walking distance. A few stairs to negotiate with to get to the door but it is pretty easy climb . Once in , don’t forget to push intercom at top of stairs to summon owners . Rooms are good size and really clean . We didn’t speak Portuguese and owner didn’t speak English but we got by. All the staff were super friendly and patient . Breakfast was a good continental cannot complain. Highly recommend this hotel

Nice old solar in best and most central location. Very traditional furnishings and easy breakfast. The landlady was very nice and helpful . All in all a very noce and special experience. Courtyard parking.

Lovely traditional style hotel with huge bedroom and lovely big new bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff and nice continental breakfast. Hotel very central, walking distance to everything you need.
A few quite steep steps to enter building which some may find difficult.
