The location is ideal. So many food choices on the doorstep, steps away from the station. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Really comfortable stay
The only problem was the heat but this is no one’s fault it was just the heatwave. Staff tried to combat this by putting fans in the room and I believe there are plans to put in AC

The staff was super friendly, and the location was great, just a 2-minute walk to the Elisabeth line station.
The breakfast selection was ... well, British :-), and the missing air-conditioning was a killer during the hot summer nights.

The hotel was very close to Ilford station.
The hotel front looks like a cafe in the row of shops. It is on the main road in Ilford and therefore very noisey. We were in a 3rd floor bedroom which was tiny and had the slope of the roof in the room meaning we could only stand up straight in half the room. No air conditioning so the room was so hot, especially as it was hottest day of year!! We were in a twin room and the beds were just a mattress on the floor. We were not even asked how our stay was when giving back our key.
