    nice clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, preference for main building rooms which seem nicer and more recently refurbished to a higher standard. Tiny pillows is an issue.

    really impressed with the room in the main building. friendly helpful staff. couple of mins walk from the station. take the bridge and turn right walk down on to the side street york road with several hotels.

    Small things need improvement; if anything is faulty, take immediate action to fix it without delay. *Even 10/10* Staff. 10/10 Cleaning 10/10 Reception 10/10. Especially Mr Ali, one of a lady as well at reception. Very cooperative

    room was located behind a dirty alley in an apartment block and on the top floor. would have preferred ground floor and in the main building. Tiny pillows so have to put several together.
