Alle waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ganze Riad ist wie aus 1001 Nacht sehr geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet.

The owner is an anthropologist - and it shows: This kasbah is impeccably restored and kept, every room and hallway decorated with different antique items from northern Africa. Simply beautiful. Outstanding hospitality. We only stayed one night while driving from the desert towards Ouarzazate, but the owner also offers guided tours of the area and desert camel treks, which must be very interesting. Next time we will stay for longer! This was the most memorable stay during our trip.

We understand the strive for authenticity, but due to the lack of AC would it probably not have been an enjoyable stay for us during summer months. We stayed during a hot night in April, and were very glad about a fan in the room that we had asked for.

This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we are well travelled. We were blown away by the beautiful grounds, gardens and hotel interior as well as the unmatched hospitality that we have ever received. The warm welcome and continued attentiveness throughout by Sayeed, Abdullah and the team was amazing. The owner, Abdellah has perfected the hotel decor, the communal areas are like museum exhibitions, but with comfortable zones where you can chill and absorb the beauty and history around you. Everything is ornate, a work of art. The food is gorgeous, authentic and tasty, amazing throughout our stay. This place is straight out of Arabian Nights and you feel completely at peace here. Great facilities, we were warm and comfy in our room (even in December) and everything was clean and in its right place. We didn’t want to leave, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for making this incredibly special for my husband and I. I highly recommend staying here, it’s one in a million, truly magic.

The kindness of certain members of the staff, the quiet atmosphere (mostly due to lack of hosts) and the breakfast.

The attitude of the manager of the riad made us feel uncomfortable and ruined the experience. He treated his staff in a very harsh and dictatorial manner and overcharged us for a 1 night trip to the desert (€250 for a 2h drive to the desert and a one night stay in an extremely basic tent). Additionally he disclosed personal data which had been provided only to him to the desert tour operator who later tried to add us on Instagram. Creepy and uncomfortable!!
