All very clean
Located right by the shore of Lake Peipsi
You can hear the gentle sound of the waves through the window
Slept well in the bed
Would stay there again
For what you get, it is quite pricey

Great location, beach is just around the corner. Friendly staff and good coffee and pancakes in cafe.
Its was really hot day and there was no air-conditioner of even a fan in the room. Couldnt sleep at all that heat. Furniture need some update also.

Location & hostess were excellent, same for eggs and bacon as breakfast. High ceilings :)
Would be nice to have more clothes racks in the room, especially in case of a longer stay.
Shower room may need some improvements, e.g. to have 2 showers available (for a bigger family). There is room for this.
