Slow mornings, gorgeous days breathtaking views. This is truely paradise.

The views were breathtaking. Being able to watch the sunset over the water from inside the pool was a truely amazing experience. The staff are very prompt with everything and overall customer service is amazing.

Incredibly beautiful from start to finish

EVERYTHING! From start to finish this was by far one of the best places we have stayed at in all of Thailand. You are picked up from the pier and taken straight to reception, the views on the way are incredible as the villas are up on a high peak except some serious elevation, if you don’t like heights this might put you off, but I LOVED it. It’s like a whole adventure just to get to the place. Once we got to reception we were greeted by two lovely well spoken reception staff, English a little broken but we got there and that’s okay! We were then taken to our room on this small buggie/quad like vehicle and oh my god WHAT FUN. The staff member driving have some incredible skill driving they things with the steep hills. Then came our Villa, C23C BEAUTIFUL. I will never get over this place, it was absolutely immaculate. Everything was clean, we had a full fridge they stock it with everything from water, beers, juice, eggs even bread and chocolate!!! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we had it all to ourselves we felt so lucky. They provide you with scuba gear, DO NOT LOOSE IT, or you will be charged (learn from my mistakes) a small walk down the stairs out the villa and your at the gorgeous pier were you can swim in a coral rich bay with thousands of marine life, some of the best on the island. They also provide free paddle boards. Food wise, As you are pretty high up they offer a service to come collect you from your villa and take you to reception were you can get a taxi sorted to take you to restaurants, but if you are like us and want to make the most of the gorgeous villa, you can get food delivered to your villa from some amazing restaurants. We had two meals delivered and they both were absolutely incredible. Like I said from start to finish you can not fault this place at all, I highly highly recommend staying here if you want a place completely to yourself.

Amazing

Amazing view and staff were excellent. They have a free shuttle to/from the beach/town. Zo, the shuttle driver, was exceptional! Private massages in our own villa was awesome. Beautiful place! 10/10 would go back.

Depending on where your villa is located, there may be a lot of stairs as the resort is built on a cliff. But the staff is very good at picking you up or dropping you off as close as possible. Can't really say I don't like the stairs; just something to be aware of when booking.

Fantastic place! The view from our huge terrace was unbelievable. The free shuttle service perfectly offset the secluded location, enabling us to access the beaches when we wanted.

Don’t stay in P10 until building works completed

Stunning villa and stunning views

We stayed in P10 for Xmas , what we didn’t know was they were building 3 villas beside us and started work at 7 until 5pm daily including Xmas day . The banging and the sawing and hammer drilling was unbearable It was suppose to be a relaxing romantic week as I was proposing to my partner on Xmas day We voiced our concern every day and they started at 10am for us which was appreciated and the staff bent over backwards to help us out and even cooked us a meal to celebrate our engagement What I was annoyed about was not receiving a email some months ago to let us know about the building works as I would have found somewhere else to stay to reflect what I want to achieve for the engagement etc We love the villa and we will be back once all building works have been completed next year

Wonderful, relaxing stay

I love the idea of having a villa to ourselves, with our own private pool, overlooking the water. Unfortunately while we were there, it was a bit windy and we weren't able to go down to the water to snorkel off the rocks, as I'm sure many people do during calmer weather. But the view was wonderful. We intended to rent scooters to get around, but after being picked up at the pier and riding in the back of the truck to get to the resort, we quickly decided that was not a good idea! The roads are no joke, very steep at times, and with some sharp turns. We instead opted for the free shuttle into town, which worked just as well for us. The menus provided for meals were very appreciated, and I liked how they stocked the fridge with "necessities" but I do wish they refilled the beers more frequently, LOL. The stocked items were not overpriced, and we found them to be the same prices as if we were to buy them in the store, so having the items there made life much easier.

I do wish that I realized the villa bedrooms were separated the way they were. It's great for privacy, and if you are with other families or friends, it allows you the space to separate. However, if you are coming with small/young children, I would perhaps think twice, as the bedrooms may be on another level or in a separate building. Additionally, it does get a bit quiet/lonely at night if you're looking for nightlife, this isn't the place. It's great for relaxing, though. I think I got the best nights' sleep on vacation in a long time!

Beautiful villas, will definitely return.

It was a beautiful location, the villas was very clean and tidy. Staff was lovely, very helpful. They provide you with a phone to call them for a shuttle to and from reception and into town and back for free of charge with the villas being in a hilly area.

Ait condition in the room is facing directly bed, so not very practical. Hard to sleep without it, and it is blowing to your face. Very hilly location - you need to have good level of moto handling to be transport independent.

Access to the sea was a very steep walk down from our villa. There was no beach accessible from our villa. The rocky coastline was dangerous to access. There was no easy walk to any restaurants. It was a beautiful villa but we felt isolated

Always a beautiful location

We'd been there before, but just the four of us in another villa. This time, however, we were two families and had plenty of space. The villa was fully equipped. Stunning view of the bay. A confirmation and highly recommended!!!

The villa had an incredible view, was spacious, had everything you needed, great outdoor space, was clean, whilst remote, plenty of food delivery options that were delicious. Loved it being away from busier parts of the island and snorkelling right there.

Amazing villa. amazing views and the most fun transfer to get there!!

This was an amazing place to stay!! We loved everything about the villa. Even the crazy drive to the villa was so much fun and the kids loved going up the steep hills. It made it so much fun! We were picked up from the pier and taking to the villa and got dropped back to the pier. Check in was seamless and the staff were so helpful. The provide a mobile phone for you to call to arrange shuttles or anything else you might need. Also even although it is steep and hilly you only need to make it to the nearest pick up point for the shuttle so it was easy to get this. We stayed in C25 and the view was amazing. The pool was so nice too. Not huge but it was exactly what we needed. The villa is only 10 minutes away from any main areas and you can easily rent scooters if you need to. I loved that the provided a whole pile of menus so you could order in breakfast and dinner etc for delivery. We used this twice. Once to order breakfast and once for dinner. We ordered through WhatsApp and it was super easy and they deliver to the villa kitchen table!! Food we got was amazing!!

Although you can see shark bay it's not easy to get there! We saw a sign pointing to the beach thinking we could walk but don't try it. You also need to be aware that you have to pay to access shark bay beach. It is a very nice beach though but organise a lift to get there!! Sairee beach is only 10 minutes and we went there for the evenings which was lovely. Their villa has everything you could need including basic Amenities that you can pay for which aren't too expensive. Although I would recommend a run to the 7 eleven to stock up on stuff as it's so much cheaper. If you decide to go out from one of the piers make sure you are wearing swim shoes etc as the corals and rocks are so sharp!! You need to be careful as can easily get a cut. We all got a few but nothin major when trying to get on and off paddle boards. For us the location was beautiful but if you have very small children or people with mobility issues this is not suitable. They are very transparent about this so please don't ignore this.

Relaxing, elegant and beautifully positioned Villa's overlooking a special party of the island.

The staff where exceptional and always available to fulfil any accommodation related requests. There was a fresh drinking water dispenser at our disposal, no need to drink out of plastic bottles. Kitchen really well appointed with everything needed. Our private Swimming pool exceptional! Menus for local restaurants and scooter hire all really great recommendations. Definitely will return to Cape Shark Villa's.

A little disappointed

The villa was very sweet and attractively decorated. The free shuttle service was essential.

Too remote and everything else on the island is inaccessible unless you get a scooter or use the shuttle service. Even the resort itself is very difficult to walk around for fit adults. I think that, given the high price of this accommodation, to not even include the coffee pods in the price of the accommodation was mean. In all of our other accommodation all coffee and often snacks have been included. The pricing of these was very greedy. We had to pay 30 baht for one coffee pod.

Amazing views, pool villas, friendly staff that's willing to help out. Minibar is good, you can even make your own eggs in the morning. Daily housekeeping and great massages!

No restaurant, no beach. Furniture is IKEA like and it's quite noisy. , they charge for everything, even coffee or tea is not complimentary. You need a taxi for everything because of the location and it's relatively quite expensive.

The view

The aircon the bathrooms the room downstairs couldn’t be used as three small children so had to get extra bed in the main room which was a fold bed not a proper bed… had to put different mattress on as it was camp bed style for 8 nights…. It also meant we had to give up the king bed and suite for the children and had to use smaller room The staff were not as friendly as most people… the two European staff were amazing though The shuttle service was shocking… we basically had to get our own driver for 8 days

C6A villa is not a villa, but a little village. 4 independent little "houses" for each bedroom and a kitchen. Stunning dining earea and relaxing terrace with infinity pool all overloking the bay. All 3 large bedrooms have view to the sea and a private bathroom. Private access to the sea with fantastic snorkellig opportunity. Free snorkelling equipment, kayak, paddle board. Friendly helpfull staff.

Acces to the villas. It is not fault of the property, but the road is challenging with steep up and downs, sharp turns. Using scooters needs some prior training. We decided no to use them, using TAXI instead, as walking to the village is not an option.

I was completely fine with it personally, but the roads to hotel were tricky to handle, very hilly and not ideal when wet. Good thing you’ll never want to leave, they offer many transfers a day and evening to compensate.

Fantastic staff that really went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay special. Superb location next to Shark bay which is fantastic for snorkelling. Free kayak and snorkel usage.
