Right next to Shopping Tamboré, which you can access by elevator. Helpful staff.
Cleaning has got to improve, especially in key areas like the shower and the toilet. A hand towel would be useful too. It seems they save in many areas, including cleaning items. Breakfast is always the same, which is kind of boring for those staying longer periods.

The staff was awesome! The restaurant was pretty good as well. They have a decent buffet lunch daily for a fair price, dinner was pretty good as well. The breakfast was very good, a fair amount of variety, and they would change things up every couple of days for it. The bonus is having access to the shopping mall from the hotel, which is pet friendly, and a myriad of dining choices.
The room, while being big, had a tiny closet, and only a built in bench to sit. TV channels were mediocre, with limited choices. Other than those items, it wasn't bad.
