The property was lovely and big. A lot of activities to do and lots of restaurants and buffet was great. I loved the app that is used to know what’s happening on property and to order room service. A lot of birds on property but nature is inevitable.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the bedroom layout.
I didn’t like how dark the entrance way is. Needs a makeover with more brightness. Those spiral stairs look beautiful but awkward to walk down. Felt a bit unwelcoming when they had so many events for club members. Like the non club members weren’t as important

The food was ok. The buffet had a wide variety of options.
No entertainment and not many activities on the resort. This is not good for extended stays as guests can quickly get bored. Additionally, I messaged the hotel in advance to advise that I was celebrating my birthday. There was no acknowledgment of my message and nothing was done for me. That was obliterating.
