    As always, we had a lovely time at the resort. All the staff were professional and friendly, however, we have been going to this resort since 2016. My only issues were: *they were shorted staffed at the pool area so it took forever to get drinks and refills, in the end I had to walk my lazy butt to the pool bar. They really need more attendants manning the pool area. *the online app used to order food and drinks was not working for me either as it would not recognize our location so we could not place drinks that way either. The hotel is scheduled to close for refurb soon so I look forward to returning in 2027 after the refurb as the facility is showing signs of wear and tear.

    Great food, friendly service. The Jacuzzi Tub omg slept like a baby. Awesome design.Entertainment excellence! I went to RIU and they were disgusting! I can’t wait to go back to Iberostar.
