Shangrila Boutique Hotel

Loved the stay, the breakfast was very delicious. The rooftop is such a nice place to be and the owner is always around the hotel, he is fun to hang around with. Overall, extremely positive vibes and very accomodating hotel.

Everything was perfect, the rooms, the washrooms, the food, the location is prime and very well priced too ! I liked everything ! Kudos.

Staff behaviour was top notch. They were extremely polite and generous.

It was bit cold at night.

I don’t typically leave reviews like this but I’ve met many different people who have had similar experiences I thought it would be important to share. KK is so kind and generous with his guest, until you don’t book a trek with them. There had been some miscommunication about the trek, it had been assumed we would book with them when the trek had only been briefly mentioned… When we went with a different company that suited our budget more they were extremely rude to us. As it happens, I’ve met other people who wound up in the same position, with KK talking badly about them to the following guests. It’s not fair to treat guests this way simply because they didn’t book the expensive trek.
