Riad Dar Aida

Clean, beautiful , good air conditioned. -Sidzouine was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with the info and places to visit in Marrakesh The owner of the place was very kind to offer me food even at a late hour when i told him that i was hungry.

- no hook in the bathroom to hang the towel. - they dint even provide a handwash - the room is soooo small and may not be enough for 2 people - the bathroom door doesn’t close and it’s soooo tiny u could hit the wall while showering 🙈 - very poor dim lighting inside the room -

It was peaceful and quiet despite being only a 20 minute walk from Jemma Al-Fnaa Square. The air conditioner in my room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower despite some reviews I’d read. Some basic toiletries provided and also a hairdryer. As many reviews mention, Sidzouine is such a great help and ordered taxis for me and could have booked tours too if I hadn’t already booked them. There was no TV but I wouldn’t have had time to watch it anyway! Traditional Moroccan breakfast was complimentary but sadly I only had it once because I was usually out before it started at 8.30am. Courtyard was lovely.

Nothing - it exceeded my expectations.

My partner and I stayed here for the duration of one week for which I am very grateful. First and foremost the location of Riad is truly great, close to the center but it is not loud at all, you can get a taxi in the nearest street. Also the staff, Sidzouine, Saad and Youssef were incredibly kind . Our time in Marrakech was without a doubt much nicer because we stayed here. Also the breakfasts in the morning were very nice. I would very much recommend this riad to anyone.

WiFi did not work. Shower just trickled out with water. Bed was lumpy. We felt like we were not welcome by the lady who runs the place. No smile, no hello.
