Exquisites Gartenapartment in eleganter Jugendstilvilla

Eine tolle Villa in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend, in 2 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle. Dort waren die Busse alle 5-6 Minuten zu einem zentralen Umsteigebahnhof zur U-Bahn. Top. Fussläufig sind Supermärkte zu erreichen.

Alles ok, eine kleine Ameisenstrasse konnte mit Backpulver bekämpft werden.

Everything was perfect

This apartment is actually the lower level or 1st. floor as it would be considered in the U.S. of a very nice home surrounded by a lovely garden. It is just off the bus line on a small lane across from a vineyard. We like the fact that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city near the Vienna woods and heurigen which the neighborhood is known for, yet easily accessible by public transport. The bus, just steps away from the house, makes it very easy to get around and reach the city center or any destination for that matter easily. Vienna's public transport is excellent and the best way to use it is to get the official WienerMobil app and purchase a pass for the duration of your stay. There is a parking spot for guests at a reasonable cost which is a plus. A grocery store and a pharmacy is only two stops down the road. The apartment itself is luxuriously furnished with excellent amenities including a private patio in the garden.

Die Möglichkeit bei schönem Wetter im Freien zu frühstücken war wunderbar. Wer es ruhig mag und einen Anfahrtsweg in die Stadt nicht scheut, ist hier Bestens aufgehoben. Die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV funktioniert sehr gut.
