This was more of an adventure than just a stay. Our host showed us the true Tuscan hospitality serving wine from his personal vineyard in the evening and serving tasty coffee and breakfast in the morning. He drew us a map for the best views in the mountain, recommended the best places to visit in the region and even invited us to a home made lunch that blew us away. The place is beautiful, full of life and gave us the experience of living in the mountain wilderness and wanting for more.

Immerso nella natura, cavalli liberi, piatti cucinati con passione, casa molto spaziosa e comfortevole, ospitalita' impeccabile. Un esperienza che consiglio almeno per 3 gg. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare.

Beautiful out of the way place with a great host and amazing staff. Wonderful, friendly family style meals around great open air wooden tables. We booked an extra night because we enjoyed our stay.

A special place in the middle of nature. Authentic local food, Tuscan hospitality and friendliness. Many thanks to Paolo and his friends, both two-legged and four-legged :). We regret that we had only planned to stay there for one night. If we get back there, we will definitely stay longer.
