Good evening, I would to thank all the staff we enjoyed our stay the facility is very nice and clean 👌, the only thing that the can improve is the food the breakfast was not that good also one chef was rude towards my kids.. thank you

I booked for a King bed and I was given a twin bed and I told them and even shown them the proof that I booked a King and I was given a twin bed with a price of a King. There was no fridge and the room was dirty. The bathroom was worse it was leaking water and have a bad odour. After showering the water on the floor was like a river stream and it was like that the whole night. Being worried to use the bathroom because it was wet all the time. The front desk lady told me that when I am booking I must not use an agency

The shower head was rusty and splashed all over the floor, the carpets were dirty, certainly did not live up to its reputation.
