Casa espaçosa e bem decorada. Perto do rio Zezere. Camas confortáveis.
A casa apresenta alguns sinais de degradação a necessitar de alguns arranjos, nomeadamente na pintura (alguns bolores). Banheiras com mau assentamento a necessitar de melhorias. A limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha que se encontravam mal lavados, e deparamos com loiça lavada dentro da máquina de lavar.
