Casa Dona Alzira

On our drive from Lisbon to Porto, we stayed one night at this guesthouse in the Schist Villages area. We booked two rooms – one double room with a large bed and another room with bunk beds for our kids. Although it’s technically a guesthouse (so you’ll find bunk beds here), we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The place was clean, tidy, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. There was also a shared kitchen fully equipped for cooking, which was very convenient. Parking is not available on-site, but it was easy to park on the street nearby. Breakfast in the morning was good, with all the basic ingredients - but when we asked for additional items, they gladly provided it – vegetables, eggs, and sausages. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They don’t speak much English, but Google Translate made communication simple, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, it turned out to be a much nicer place than we expected: clean, comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location to stop on the way. Highly recommended!

Simpatia e limpeza. Bom pequeno almoço e refeições. Espaço muito simples mas com muito bom gosto.

Avant tout j’aimerais remercier les propriétaires pour nous offrir un beau séjour dans le établissement. Personnel courtois respectueux excellent service,les repas avec un grand choix de mets traditionnels portugais a prix raisonnable,endroit beaux pittoresques: nous sommes très satisfait et je serai prêt à retourner.

Lage, Sauberkeit zu Beginn Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung

Die Beschreibung "Aussergewöhnliches Frühstück" hat zur Buchung der Unterkunft geführt. Leider gab es täglich das gleiche = gekochter Schinken, Käse, 2 Marmeladen und Brötchen. Kein Ei, Gurke, Tomate oder O'saft....dabei hängen die Bäume voll!!!!! Bei 5 Nächten wurde nicht 1x gewischt o.ä
