Wouldn’t stay again

Location to Hospital

One towel for 3 days, one roll of toilet paper. No milk One pillow. Had to ask for extra and lady was too busy and not at office, had to call a number. No really ideal.

DISAPPOINTED😡😡. Needs to be closed down and brought up to standard.

The location is great, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The whole place was Shockingly DUSTY and DIRTY!! Not worth the $$ and not good for allergies. I took tissue paper to clean the bedside tables and some cobwebs from the walls and by my bedside. There were cockroaches in the kitchen area. The curtains above the headboard is moldy and the wind sills is filthy. The window catch in the “lounge” area is broken and the heater is damaged. The following was dirty - kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery, carpet was not vacuumed, blood spots on the wall next to the toilet. No bath towel or flannels and only a used three quarter toilet roll was provided. No milk provided and the coffee in the little sachets was rock hard!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Sad stay but ohk

I liked the room it was nice and tidy.

The staff, especially the receptionist I found to be quiet snobby. Also telling us not to sleep on the single bed. Tsk tsk we paying so why shouldn't we? Going into our room while we were gone. I thought that was invasion of privacy. When we were leaving she came to our car and was looking at my partner and what he was packing. She thought we had taken things from the room. Not very hospitable, I dont know maybe because I was black.

100% would stay again on my work trips to Auckland!

The studio was beautiful, clean and comfy! It had everything I needed to relax before and unwind. The kitchenette was lovely as well as the bed. The king studio was great and great value for my stay. Highly recommend for an easy and comfortable stay in East Auckland. It is a prime location right by Botany town centre.

Not nice, I couldn’t wait to leave.

The location was great it was close to our function.

The curtains had mould on them. The bedside tables and the tv were covered in dust. The windows were not clean, there was a spider nest on the window cill. The heater was noisy and the electric blanket wasn’t working. The bed could have had an extra blanket. The bottom of the shower door was green with slime. The toilet had mould on the inside of the toilet lid which came off with just a wipe. Overall not comfortable and clean.

Comfortable, warm, met expectations

Dannemora was great for what we needed. As we were only in Auckland for less than 24 hours we needed somewhere to rest our heads. The room was exactly what we required, bed was comfortable and facilities met our expectations. Overall a great stay.

Hard to fault anything as we were only in the room to sleep.
